Students unite for change

Project Citizen is a fun way to learn about government that involves students directly. Students will learn about problems in their community and the role they can play in monitoring and influencing government to help resolve these problems. Along the way students will learn about the branches and levels of government.

This site will provide a step by step framework for your class to experience Project Citizen online. Each step will take them closer to solving a problem in their community and learning about the role of government throughout the process. Ultimately the class will post a multimedia slide presentation to document their work.
